Gunite Pool Plumbing
& Equipment Options

STRUCTURE | LIGHTING & FINISH

1) Caretaker Automatic in floor cleaning system. This is a great way to keep the new pool clean with the smallest amount of help. The way the system operates is as follows: The pool blue print is sent to the manufacture where the cleaning system is custom designed for your pool. When we build the pool, we install a series of cleaning heads as per manufacturers design into the pool floor. These heads pop up and send a stream of water along the pool floor pushing leaves and debris into a leaf trap on the bottom drain. The manufacture guarantees 98% clean 99% of the time.

2) Polaris automatic pool cleaner. This automatic pool cleaner operates independent of the pool using it's own pump to drive it and a bag that catches the debris. This cleaner will have to be removed when the pool is in use and re installed after.

3) Power falls. This is a water fall that is built into the tile line of your pools raised wall, if you have one, ranging in size from 12" to 96". It is a flat narrow strip that is virtually un-detectible until you turn it on, then it sends a flat narrow wall of water in a sheer decent into the pool.

4) Adjustable Return fountain. This is an easy and inexpensive way to add a water feature to your pool. It is added to the pool return and can be adjusted for flow.

5) Therapy station. A therapy station is usually located on a bench, love seat, or stairs. We add a booster pump to your equipment and four or five therapy jets to the wall behind the seat with a remote switch to activate the booster pump. You just lie back and relax.

6) Aqua link. The Aqua link system allows for complete control of all pool and spa function. The top of the line system llows you to call in and check on the functions of your pool or spa as well as make adjustment to heat, lights, fountains, or cleaner. You can do this either by phone, by a computer link, pool side on a remote switch, or in the house at a key pad. The entry level unit is a more simple system that allows for two time clocks and four functions. This is operated by a four-function remote key pad at pool side.

7) Ionizer. An ionizer uses silver to kill bacteria. By installing an ionizer in the plumbing line we pass the pool water through a replaceable cartridge and greatly reduce the amount of chlorine you need to use in your pool. Each ionizer cartridge last about six months or one season.

8) Pool heater. If you want to extend the swimming season, we can install a propane heater on your new pool. The heaters we use are the most efficient on the market today.

9) Automatic Cover. An automatic cover allows you to open and close the pool safely with the turn of a key. When the pool is in use the cover tucks away neatly on a real in a box under the deck at one end of the pool. And when not in use the only way in is with a key. This is not a winter cover but will act as a solar cover holding in heat and chemicals cutting the operating cost of your pool dramatically.
Automatic covers are custom made for your pool.

10) Mesh safety winter cover. This cover pulls tightly across the top of the pool in the winter and is so strong you could drive your car across it. Not only is it safe but it also attractive to look at over the course of the winter months. It comes in standard mesh or solid flow thru as an upgrade to keep your pool clean and safe.
Covers are custom made to fit your pool.
